Beverage label needs to have a strong permanent adhesive, so it can stick even in wet conditions. Manufacturers are increasingly becoming interested in self-adhesive labels, because they are 100% resistant to humidity and ice, and provide longevity, flexibility and possibility of more creative solutions. Self-adhesive is becoming a preferred type of label among wine producers. Some manufacturers still use wet glue paper labels, though, especially in the beer market.
